This is lovely, seriously crusty rosemary lemon Bohemian Bread. It's quite fragrant, a little herby, slightly citrusy now and then... and see that on top? Sea salt! Ingenious!
I didn't make this bread (and haven't, actually, made any yeast breads yet). But ohh, someday soon I will. There are yeast packets in my fridge right now. That's one step closer.
What will I be doing this weekend? Well, among other things, I'll be working my way through two boxes of these beautiful chocolate-covered strawberries — an early Valentine's Day gift from Dave :) I think my jaw dropped open for a full minute when I first saw them.
